Mei Founder
In 1988, she founded the company with a clear vision - well-being will be the future, as well as an important promise: to create the company of the “Migliori Erbe Italiane” (i.e. best Italian herbs), hence the name MEI. A visionary woman, the first one who understood that people and their own relationship with nature should take center stage. A forerunner of trends, who strongly believed in the concept of purification, considering the skin as an organ and firmly asserting that what is applied to the skin is absorbed inside. Beauty must be the result of internal body "detoxification", efficient metabolism and immune defenses.
Roberto Paladin
General Manager
Since 1998, he is responsible for the production chain, defining the quality standards of phytocosmetics and herbal products, the creation of new products, lines and staff training. Profound connoisseur of the world of well-being in the round, thanks to his technical skills and great experience, he is the creator of the brand and the professional lines for the beauty and SPA industry.
He guides the company towards new markets with the aim of exporting MEI uniqueness and excellence made in Italy around the world.
Giuseppe Mazzocco
Scientific Director
Professor Giuseppe Mazzocco, former professor of Sports Sciences - Faculty of Medicine of the University of Padua - is in charge of research.
He is the creator of the patented PMP-Phytomassopodia method and MEI rituals taught at the WFA - Wellness from Feet Academy.

Beauty consultant specialized in coordinating projects for new SPA openings. She has combined her great experience in the industry with her deep passion for MEI, devoting herself in particular to Sardinia and other Italian wellness locations.

Finance, Administration and Purchasing
He organizes and coordinates the administrative, accounting and financial services of the company. He ensures the accounting treatment of economic transactions and supervises the preparation of the financial statements. He also manages relations with suppliers.

Sales Account
His great experience acquired with top brands of the "hair care” industry has led him to develop specific skills which he dedicates, with great professionalism, to the world of professional aesthetics and well-being. Enthusiastic about MEI holistic project, he takes care of the development and relationships between the company and customers of the provinces of Bologna, Ferrara and Ravenna.

Since 2013, she has been working for the company taking care of relationships with international customers, the management of e-commerce orders, the copywriting and check of printed and image materials.
Serena Panzieri
Accounting - Customer Service
Corporate administrative collaborator, she manages the phases of the accounting process, guaranteeing fiscal and tax-related obligations, in particular those related to the payment registrations and those connected with the general accounting. Enthusiastic lover of MEI products and philosophy, she is developing her specific skills also aimed at Customer Care.

For years, he has been the reference person for the packaging of outgoing orders, the reception and storage of incoming goods. Supervises the preparation and stock management of the warehouse.
